Point is ideal for homeowners who want to access the equity they have accumulated in their homes and are interested in the flexibility of having no monthly repayments.

Point makes an investment in a home with a tax-deferred sum of cash, up to $200K or 15% of a home’s value. We work with owner occupied and investment properties, and can take 2nd or 3rd position.
